**About this role**:
Join a talented studio of creatives who are responsible for delivering world class CGI content for some of the most influential local and international names in architecture and property. This role of Creative Director will encompass everything from project pitches, creative strategy, recruitment, production and client management. The role is largely autonomous - and demands the skillful balancing of creative, commercial and strategic objectives. It is a pivotal role with the ultimate responsibility to lead the vision and execution of the studio's core product - stills CGIs.The role requires an inspiring, forward thinking creative leader and strategist. With an agency mindset, you will cultivate relevant and effective creative solutions in each project, ensuring your vision is carried through to the finishing line. Whilst doing that, your eye is always on the big picture: building client reputation, innovating, and maintaining a competitive advantage.
**Key Responsibilities **- Work collaboratively with the other leaders, and broader team. Train, mentor and manage career development of your team? Recruit artists and external suppliers as required? Inspire a team culture in line with the studio’s vision and values? A servant leadership style that encourages continual growth within the team? Work closely with other departments to foster internal relationships and cross collaboration opportunities - film and DX - Project Strategy

**Skills & Experience **- Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering projects within an architectural visualization studio or similar industry? 8+ years of exp. Arch-viz is preferred but not essential o International and local project experience is preferred? Experience in project pitches and proposals is essential ? Understanding of timelines, budgets and commercial management of projects? Demonstrated experience in managing and leading creative teams. 4+ years exp. in team management.? Knowledge of a host of VFX and CG software including 3DS Max, VRay, Corona, and Photoshop. Other film and DX based software knowledge is a bonus - eg. AfterEffects, Premiere, Fusion, Resolv, UE, Unity etc.? The role is a creative management role, and as such doesn’t necessarily require you to be on the tools creating CGIs - but have the skills required to understand and manage the process
