In this role use your passion and enthusiasm for early learning in helping to make work play, creating a sense of belonging for all, embracing different, and creating opportunities for our team to choose their own adventure.

About the role
- Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Capable to engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Team-player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Mature and Professional approach
- Oversight to ensure your room is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment
- Able to work on rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6.30am - 6.30pm

**Qualifications**:

- Holds an ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one

About the centre

Green Leaves Early Learning Oceanside is a beautiful purpose-built centre which opened in November 2015. We are conveniently located within walking distance to public transport and to Sunshine Coast’s largest medical precinct. We are also a short five-minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches Queensland has to offer.

As you walk through our doors, you will find our warm and inviting Centre Administrator at our reception. You will also see our fully equipped Chef’s kitchen and community lounge where parents can catch up with each other or educators over a fresh barista made coffee.

Licenced for 90 children per day, our centre has modern and spacious learning hubs. The outdoor learning environment is an extension of the indoors with a strong focus on ecophilosophies and sustainability.

Our centre offers all-inclusive fees which comprise of fresh and healthy meals, linen, hats and nappies. Included are also extra-curricular activities, incursions, and excursions such as weekly yoga classes, Future Champs HPE program and visiting wildlife shows.
