Key job responsibilities
- Drive cost saving projects from start to finish.
- Develop metrics and set up tools to measure operational performance of sort centers/ Last mile as part of the business growth.
- Review and analyze customer defect data and develop corresponding action plans to reduce/improve.
- Develop and execute action plans that increase quality and service.
- Use lean techniques to root cause process deviations and develop countermeasures for these deviations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to secure resources for projects and provide support for other initiatives as needed.
- Travel to sort center/ last mile sites to develop, evaluate and ensure compliance of improvement initiatives.
- Document, standardization, quality and productivity enhancements.
- Support with key data, parity requirements into annual planning cycles

3+ years of program or project management experience
Data analysis skills and familiarity with supporting tools e.g. Asana.
Data visualisation tools (powerBI, quicksight or equivalent).
