A Day in the Life: Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, collaborative problem-solving, and innovative learning design. You'll craft comprehensive training programs, engage with cross-functional teams, and create learning experiences that empower our delivery services professionals to excel.

This role is 12 months contract.
Key job responsibilities- Design and Implement Strategic Learning Initiatives: Develop comprehensive training programs that support employee development and business objectives
- Manage Change and Communication: Lead programmatic changes from conception to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze training data, track skill progression, and recommend innovative learning strategies
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with managers and teams to standardize training methodologies and best practices
- Create Impactful Learning Content: Develop multi-media instructional materials that engage and educate our workforce
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Proven experience in program and project management
- Strong expertise in instructional design and training strategy development
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization
- Experience managing remote teams and online support
- Advanced degree in organizational development or related field
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and human performance improvement
- Technical skills in Unix, SQL, and database administration
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams
