Mega Cash Penrith / South Windsor is seeking a casual employees 24-32 hours per week with an option for full time employment after a probation period.

One of the two roles availble will be soley at the South Windsor Store which will include running our online store and eBay Listings.

**You will be required to work at both the Penrith & South Windsor Store.**

We pride ourselves on our customer service and being a modern-day pawnbroker.

You will be joining a friendly, close-knit team in an innovative and growing business. Our team is Professional, collaborative respectful and most of all enthusiastic.

Your role will include appraising a vast array of items for Loan or Purchasing. Selling items in the retail section, stock management and liaising with the rest of the team and customer s. The role we are offering is not your average retail job. No two days are the same.

**The Successful applicant will**
- Be customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Think on their feet and be comfortable with negotiations
- Have a CAN DO attitude
- Computer, tablet and mobile phone knowledge preferred
- Knowledge in Gold and Diamonds would be an advantage
- Enthusiasm to learn and retain product knowledge
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Able to work a seven day roster (8 hours on weekdays and 6 hours on weekends) - **WEEKEND AVAILBILITY IS PARAMOUNT**

**Skills and experience**

To be a successful Pawnbroker you will need to be skilled in the art of negotiation and appraising items. You must have the ability to quickly adapt, problem solve, learn and understand a variety of items from computers to tools to musical instruments.

You must possess computer literacy and excellent customer service skills.

On the job learning and training will be provided.
