Sales Assistant

We are a growing 4WD accessories store looking for a Sales Assistant / Pick and Packer. Some experience in a retail role is preferred, but not necessary. Training will be provided on the job.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering phones, pricing up customers for the work they would like performed and booking them in.
- Packaging items that are to be posted.
- Helping to transfer stock from other local warehouses.
- Showing customers products and demonstrating how to use said products.
- Learning about the products we supply and the vehicles which they suit to give the customer the best advice and guidance on purchasing.
- Will have the ability to lift and move heavy items up to 30kg.
- Will demonstrate good working memory and have the capacity to get back on task quickly after serving customers. The workplace can get busy and the ability to get back on task after distractions occurring is crucial.
- Will have good speaking ability and customer service skills.
- Will be able to work quickly and accurately.
- Be competent with using computers & typing.
- Will be available Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
- Will be willing to work Saturdays on occasion (at 1.5x loading, Saturday hours will be 8am - 2pm)

Expected hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The workplace is located at 20 Walker St South Windsor NSW 2756.
