As part of our growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Analyst to join our strategic research team in Melbourne or Sydney for a 6 month contract.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic research you will be responsible for delivering property market and macroeconomic insights. Your role will have you.

Analyse, interpret and assist in forming investment strategies based on trends in (primarily) domestic and global property markets, macroeconomic environments and investment markets.

Assist with developing and managing economic and property market forecasting capabilities.

Work with Fund Managers and General Managers to provide independent analysis and insight on macro factors (including the structural and cyclical changes to economic, societal, governmental and business policies/structures) and their implications for property investment strategies.

The team will look to you to and present thought leadership research on economic and property market themes affecting investor and occupier landscapes over a range of geographies and timespans.

About you

**You have experience in one or more of**:
property investment management, property valuations, property research, funds management, economic research and econometric modelling.

You have a curious, analytical mindset that can use empirical data and objective methodologies to reach conclusions make decisions with high conviction. A high level of initiative is essential.

Demonstrated experience writing, coordinating and project managing assignments and research papers. Exceptional writing skills are mandatory.
