**Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 plus super**

Element Melbourne Richmond is looking for a Duty Manager to join the Front Office team on a Full-Time basis.

**About The Role**
- Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
- Represents property management in resolving any guest related situation.
- Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby.
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests.
- Influence the team and assist in progressing their career goals
- Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a mind blowing service experience.

**To Be Successful in This Role**
- Hold relevant education is preferred
- Min 2 years employment in similar role is a must
- A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanour
- Guest relations or Front office supervisory or management experience
- Personable communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and night shifts

- Burnley, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Guest services: 2 years (preferred)
