**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong knowledge of the **EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework)**:

- At least **two years of experience** in a similar role
- **Bachelor of Early Childhood Education** or equivalent qualification
- Passion for creating **high-quality educational programs** and learning environments
- Commitment to **team engagement** and building a positive work culture
- Ability to **mentor, guide, and inspire** fellow educators
- Strong **computer skills** and administrative ability
- Willingness to **foster relationships with families and the wider community**:

- **Valid Working with Children Check**
