**Technical Lead / Analyst, Rostering - HRIS Systems Program**

**12 month fixed term, with potential for extension**

**_ The Women’s_** will be responsible for the employees and the service provision of the **_one Digital Innovation Program_**. The **_one Digital Innovation Program_** will be accountable to **_The Women’s_**and **_The Royal Melbourne Hospital_**_ _**as equal partners which will be formulated within a shared agreement.

One of the deliverables within the **_one Digital Innovation Program_** is the **_HRIS Systems Program_**. This program comprises of several inter-related projects, with the key projects being HRIS, Payroll and Rostering.

The **_HRIS Project_** will be a joint implementation between **_The Women’s_** and **_The Royal Melbourne Hospital_**, and the **_Rostering Project_** will be a joint implementation between **_The Women’s_**, **_The Royal Melbourne Hospital_** and **_Western Health_**. Please note that the implementation processes across these health services will be managed at a program level, however, the system implementations will be separate instances for each health service.

**The Position**
We are seeking an experienced and talented **_Technical Lead/Analyst_** who will be responsible for all IT and technical related activities for the **_Rostering Project_** across the three health services of **_The Women’s_**, **_The Royal Melbourne Hospita_**_l _**and **_Western Health_**, from implementation planning through to transition to business as usual (BAU).
- This position will predominantly work on the
- **_Rostering Project_** and may also need to work across the other projects within the Program as well as drawing upon the expertise input/feedback of other projects within the program, and vice-versa.
- The position will be required to lead, co-ordinate and execute specific aspects of the end-to-end project including tasks, people and vendor/third parties across the following key areas of the project:

- Requirements, Analysis and Design
- Tender
- Data Migration
- Integration
- Testing
- Training
- Change Management
- Business Readiness
- Go Live
- Post Go Live Support / Transition to BAU

**_ Please note: this is a hands-on role that is required to get into the detail._**
