**About the Venue - Lollo & Culprit**

Lollo is an innovative, electric restaurant which takes diners from day to night and beyond. We’re looking for Talent who are passionate about delivering exhilarating dining experiences that get the whole town talking. With a distinctive menu, our team will take Lollo to the next level of being a Hatted Restaurant

Culprit, is a café-meets-wine-bar experience that entices guests to mix and mingle throughout the day and into the night. We look for Talent that can dial up that double shot culture from AM to PM.

**About the Role**
- Assists in the daily supervision of Lollo's and Culprit's operations
- Assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods
- Strives to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction
- Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan
- Monitors talent to ensure performance expectations are met
- Provides feedback to talent based on observations of service behaviours
- Communicates to Chef and Venue Manager any issues regarding food and quality and service levels
