**About the Role**:
**Key elements of this role will include**:
Developing new client relationships while servicing existing clients
Conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews
Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels
Bonus earnings that will rival other recruitment businesses you talk to
A detailed and structured training program
Unique and innovative back-end recruitment processes to support you in reaching your goals while minimising your admin time.

A proven passion for working with people, networking and providing great customer service
A minimum of 18 months of consistent experience working in white-collar agency recruitment
