We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Warehouse Inventory Administrator to join our growing team in Eastern Creek, NSW.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Warehouse Inventory Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing data entry tasks, performing advanced Excel functions, and assisting with various inventory management processes. Additionally, they will contribute to dynamic slotting of products, handling disposal requests, and adjusting inventory in the system.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records by diligently updating inventory management systems, such as SAP, Microlistics, or SAP EWM.
- Utilise advanced Excel skills to analyse inventory data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve inventory management processes.
- Assist in dynamic slotting of products, optimising warehouse space utilisation and ensuring efficient picking and storage processes.
- Process disposal requests in accordance with company guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust inventory in the system based on physical stock counts and discrepancies.
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts, ensuring accurate reconciliation of inventory levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency and propose solutions or process enhancements.

**Skills and Experience for this role**:

- Proven experience as a warehouse inventory administrator or similar role, with expertise in data entry and inventory management processes. Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate formulas, data manipulation, and generating reports.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, particularly SAP, Microlistics, or SAP EWM.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records and data analysis.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
