**The Role**

Derrimut 24:7 Gym is currently seeking multiple enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated Group Fitness Instructors to lead engaging and effective fitness classes for our clientele. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in motivating, educating, and inspiring our members to achieve their fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment.

Operating as a sub-contractor within our facility, you have the flexibility to create your own hours and grow your business. We are looking for group fitness instructors to provide the following classes in our Oakleigh location:

- **Les Mills (preferred)**:

- Yoga
- Spin
- Zumba

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead engaging and effective fitness classes, creating an energetic atmosphere.
- Motivate, educate, and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Adapt workouts to accommodate various skill levels and participant needs.
- Ensure the safety of participants by promoting proper exercise form and technique.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing member questions and concerns.
- Maintain a professional and punctual demeanour.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Expertise in the specific fitness class you will lead.
- Enthusiasm and passion for fitness.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong time management and punctuality.
- To be up to date with fitness trends within the industry.

**To be eligible for this position you must have**:

- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Registration and Insurance, including ABN
- Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain)

**Salary**: Up to $70.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Group fitness: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
