**What’s the story?**

We are looking for a part time (30 hours per week) Customer Sales Consultant to join the team at our University of NSW store. This is a unique store as its not your typical retail role, instead you will be working on campus assisting students with their health insurance. Whilst your role will be based majority at the Uni of NSW, you would also be required to work at our Bondi Junction store on occasion.

In this role, you will deliver better health to our customers and to Australia through our provision of health services, our health system advocacy, and our work in the community. We have been developing new ways of working to adapt to the effects of COVID-19; our commitment is to ensure the safety and security of employees within our retail stores.

**The role**:
As a member of a strong and supportive team that puts our customers first, your role involves reaching sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. By showing heart and empathy, you will contribute towards Medibank’s growth and deliver our purpose “Better Health for Better Lives”.

Whilst you will be based in the retail store, you will service customers face-face as well as via our virtual channels (phone and webchat), so Contact Centre experience (or similar) is advantageous.
