Personal Care Assistant

Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for experienced Personal Care Assistants to join the team located in Evanston Park.

The positions are a permanent opportunity.

**About the role**
- Located at our Evanston Park site
- Part-time opportunity with day, afternoon shifts available as per shift bundles below
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts on a casual basis
- Provide genuine person-centered care and contribute to the quality of life of our residents

As a Care Assistant, you will be providing direct care in a dignified and respectful manner that delivers excellence in customer service to our residents. Following care plans you will assist with personal care, daily living tasks and general mobility. With a person-centered mindset you will create a warm and welcoming care environment that aims to maximise quality of life.

Friday 15:30 - 22:00

Saturday 15:30 - 22:00

Monday 15:30 - 22:00

Tuesday 15:30 - 22:00

**Week 2**:
Sunday 15:30 - 22:00

Tuesday 15:30 - 22:00

**Option 2**

**Week 1**:
Thursday 15:00 - 23:00

Friday 15:00 - 23:00

Saturday 15:00 - 23:30

Tuesday 15:00 - 23:00

**Week 2**:
Saturday 15:00 - 23:00

**Option 3**

**Week 1**:
Saturday 07:00 - 13:30

Sunday 07:00 - 15:00

**To be successful you will have**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care - or equivalent
- A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centered
- The ability to work individually and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue._
