Located 17kms from the CBD, close to the beach and shops, this care home consists of 127 beds, with a variety of care units. **What will you bring?**
- Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
- A passion and energy for world class care
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
