**What you do?**

Three key areas you will be responsible for are:
1. Management of Customer Assistance (inbound and outbound) teams to meet organisational and departmental goals as well as operational KPIs

2. Ensure Customer Assistance/ CRM direct marketing processes are provided in contractual obligations

3. Oversee the implementation of CRM direct marketing processes within the business to ensure consistency with the company brand message

**Key Responsibilities as the Team Leader, Travel are**:
**Customer Service**
- Identify and recommend to Operational Managers strategies to enhance service and client expectations
- Identify trends in customer issues, provide feedback and recommendations

**Sales and Budget targets**
- Ensure the business unit is managed within agreed cost and resource levels, with immediate explanation of variances to Operational Managers

**Customer Grievances**
- Manage customer grievances within agreed processes to a mutually beneficial conclusion where ever possible

**Data Collection**
- Accurate preparation of reports in at timely manner are disseminated to staff and clients
- Experience in leading teams and supervision
- Performance management and coaching
- Workforce Planning

- Risk & Compliance
- Reporting
