Busy Bees at Oxley is a beautiful 108-place service, situated South-West of Canberra City, on a quiet street next door to a beautiful nature reserve. Our Oxley childcare offers a lovely and peaceful atmosphere where we focus on teaching sustainability and respect for the environment.

We’re looking for:

- Educators with a passion for early childhood education and care
- a Full time Educator with a Certificate III or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and a valid Working with Vulnerable people check.
- Educators that Wants to contribute to a dynamic and passionate team.
- And that are excited to work closely with families to foster children’s growth and development.

Skills & Attributes:

- Create a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
- Understand developmental milestones across age groups.
- Plan and evaluate age-appropriate programs.
- Adaptable to changing needs in early childhood settings.
- Knowledge of the national early learning framework (birth to 5 years).
- Understanding of quality service standards and assessment.
- Respect for diverse cultures and individual needs.
- Proficient in using computers for documenting children’s learning and development.
- Previous experience in childcare roles (Educator, Assistant, Childcare Assistant, etc.).
