The Service Manager of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Directorate provides high level leadership and management to support the delivery, co-ordination, development, and monitoring of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate a high-level understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander inequities, and health issues to deliver informed, evidence based culturally appropriate care including knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide high level leadership and management to support the delivery, co-ordination, development, and monitoring of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health equity strategy, workforce action plan and other strategies and services related to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health.
- In collaboration with the Manager A&TSI and Senior Director manage the financial resources of the service including the development of budgets and ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
