**Location: Hobson Rosebud**

**Availability: Must be able to work weekends**

**About Us**:
Hobson Rosebud is a vibrant and cosy café located in the heart of Rosebud, VIC. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional coffee and a warm, welcoming atmosphere to our community. We are looking for a passionate and skilled barista to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Assist with daily café operations, including opening and closing duties
- Provide excellent customer service and create a friendly environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista, with a strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business demands

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
