Matakii is a Mediterranean inspired gift store selling unique gifts and home decor in Ramsgate - Sydney.
This role is a COMBINED role and consists of working IN-Store with our sales team a retail as well as co-ordinating and growing all our social media channels and assisting with maintaining our online platform.

These duties will include
- Excellent Customer Service and Selling Skills
- Creating content that speaks to our audience and scheduling of social media channels.
- Monitoring and replying to social media comments/tags as well as engaging with our target market and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Assisting with other ad hoc duties as required (e.g. website updates, online customer service, content writing)

What we require
- Strong spelling/grammar and written communication skills with a style that aligns with our brand.
- We’re not expecting you to know it all, instead a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow is more important to us

~ We are looking for someone who can work approx 12 hours per week with the flexibility to work extra hours during busy times. Knowledge of Greek language is beneficial.

~ Someone who is a genuine people’s person and can hit the ground running and is self-motivated, honest, loyal and can work autonomously.

This role is initially a temp role however if you prove yourself will convert to a permanent role in the new year.
