**The role**

A unique opportunity exists for an In-house Junior Legal Counsel to join our established legal team based out of our Melbourne office. You will be a corporate lawyer with approximately 2+ years Post Admission Experience looking to move your career in-house. Your daily focus will include contract review and negotiation with the opportunity to work across diverse businesses and contracts as well as a variety of commercial legal areas including corporate governance, insurance related matters, IP and property matters when required.

**What’s needed?**

Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:

- Tertiary qualification in law, admitted to practice as a Legal Practitioner in Australia and able to hold a practicing certificate..
- Two years post admission experience in a broad range of commercial legal matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills and thorough attention to detail.
- Proven ability to deliver high quality work under agreed timeframes.
