We are looking for a **Full time** **Concierge** **Supervisor** to join our Front Office team. This is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.

**The Role**:

- Handle all guest inquiries and concerns in an efficient manner ensuring prompt follow up to resolve any issues when required
- To ensure that all current information relating to daily movements, events and hotel activities is discussed in full during the changeover shifts
- To work along the Front Office Manager to prepare work schedules and rosters, taking into consideration projected hotel occupancy and group movements
- Maintain a high presence in the hotel lobby and assist all areas in peak periods as required
- Be pro-active in your approach to the job and work within the specific standards and procedures
- Provide a sense of welcome, establishing meet and greet procedures for all major arrivals and VIP's

**Ideally you will have**:

- **Must have** **Current Australian Driver’s License C Class** (manual & automatic)
- 2 years’ experience as a Concierge Team Leader/Supervisor preferably from a 4 -5 star international hotel
- Personal belief in guest service and quality
- High standard of personal presentation
- Strong local knowledge
- Outgoing and people minded
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Comprehensive understanding of occupational health and safety factors that pertain to the front office/concierge departments
- Possess good organisational and leadership skills
- Good time management skills and able to set priorities in workload
