**THE ROLE**:

- Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage their individual development by ensuring training and succession plans are in place
- Provide a memorable customer experience in a consultative selling space
- Strong visual merchandising skills and organisation to ensure your store is immaculately presented and organised in terms of stock efficiency
- Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPI’s & sales and developing individual skill sets - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of missed opportunity
- Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE**:

- 2 years + experience in Retail Store Management, preferably in apparel managing teams of 8 or more.
- A motivated, organised & efficient operator with a passion for visual merchandising
- A coach mentality to lead & inspire a high performing team
- Experience with effectively managing a roster & wage controls
- Have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI’s
