What is the role?

The role varied where every day is different. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals and companies from a range of industries.

The day to day activities will cover:

- Ensuring software projects and implementations are delivered that successfully meet the business needs (including scope and design, configuration, data migration, testing and training)
- Advising clients how they can use modern software, technology, or make adjustments to processes more effectively
- Offer support, training and professional services for PayGlobal
- Previous experience with PayGlobal is required
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll, HR or Workforce Management projects
- Knowledge of legislative requirements in Australia
- Adept in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A flexible, adaptable and creative approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong client engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient organisational and time management with an ability to meet and deliver to deadlines
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Carry out tasks autonomously with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Demonstrable ability to operate independently across multiple tasks
- Are passionate about IT and growing your career
- Ability to travel to client sites (local and interstate)
