**Job Description**:
Sodexo are seeking a Regional Manager to join our Facilities Maintenance team supporting our Integrated Facilities Management Services portfolio located in the Pilbara region. Reporting to the FM Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a large portfolio of works in remote areas of WA. This diverse portfolio requires you to ensure the timely, effective, and safe management of non-process infrastructure including camp facilities, water treatment plants, airports, warehouses, and road condition.

Operational delivery will be your primary focus, whilst ensuring consistency and client relationships are developed and maintained. The integrity of the facilities is to be managed through the identification of project improvements and compliance to the client’s processes. Your team will recommend and propose options for upgrading facilities within the designated area to improve network integrity and assess the feasibility of such options.

As part of your role, you will effectively manage direct reports at Supervisor, Leading Hand, Trades, and sub-contractors. You will manage the execution of approved asset management plans and operational practices to provide reliable and predictable performance for the designated portfolio of assets.

**Qualifications**:
You are a true professional who has a trade/engineering background, and you are someone who has a sound understanding of the operations and maintenance environment within Facilities Management & Asset Management sectors. With comprehensive knowledge and experience in compliance requirements for buildings, you take a risk management approach to building maintenance management and have a commercially savvy methodology towards budgeting, scheduling, and execution of works.

You can demonstrate the consistent delivery of service and meeting contractual targets according to budget constraints and scope of works. You have, comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements, regulations, and standards, along with a proven record in financial and budget management coupled with broad people management skills, including performance management.
