As a member Senior Leadership team, the Head of Sales ANZ, will spearhead our sales strategy, fuel market expansion, and inspire a team of 7 direct reports and approx. 80 indirect across our Pharmacy and Grocery Channels. Your expertise in sales leadership, strategic account management, strong commercial acumen, and deep understanding of the consumer sector will be critical in achieving our ambitious growth targets.
Your day to day:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expand our footprint in the healthcare consumer market.
- Sales Excellence: Leverage your deep knowledge of the consumer industry to deliver exceptional results, exceeding sales targets and driving profitability.
- Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and market insights to make informed decisions, optimizing sales strategies and driving continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Proven skills in business and financial management, knowledge of revenue management, ability to analyse financial statements.
- Strong Leadership (people and channel management)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Coaching experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within Sales/Marketing leadership position
- Strong change enabler and driver.
- Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity, and ability to manage multiple projects and people to get things done.
- Experience across Pharmacy/Grocery Channels within FMCH preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field preferred.
