We have an exciting opportunity for a **Receptionist/ Office Assistant **to join our team in our Hatton Vale office. As one of the largest developers in South-East Queensland, QM Properties prides itself on ensuring there are quality development guidelines employed for each community it develops.

This role will involve working with the sales and administration team, providing efficient communication with our clients in a professional and friendly manner when they contact the office, whilst enjoying the benefits of varied work and team support.

This is a full time position Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

**Task & Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for client entering the office and answering enquiries.
- Prepare concise and accurate REIQ contracts, supporting documents and reports.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable administrative services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Database management (updating client information with accurate, error-free data).
- General Marketing duties, including administration of internet listings and advertising.
- Manage stationary orders, office supplies and equipment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment,
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy,
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Work and Outlook),
- Excellent communication skills (face to face and over the phone)
- Ability to prioritise customer satisfaction, going above and beyond to achieve this
- Current drivers licence required and own reliable vehicle.
- Real Estate experience would be great, but not required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
