A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Project Specialist, reporting to Senior Manager, Enablement Process and Governance where you will be a part of Innovation, Standards and Quality team.
A bit about your role
The Project Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery, governance, and implementation of Innovation, Standards, and Quality initiatives to introduce new capabilities, technologies and improvement into Build and across Operations ensuring successful adoption through effective project management, change management, and capability uplift programs with strong focus on cross functional collaboration. You will play a crucial role in supporting one of nbn’s must not fail initiative within the X2P program. You will be required to prepare, coordinate, and maintain project materials in a timely manner, such as governance packs, status reporting, action logs, and other submissions on project matter to various stakeholders. You will produce quality reports and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging and branding on specific project deliverables are key components of this role.
You will also provide support in organising the project teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress. Stakeholder management will be a key part of this role. You will provide support in the broader stakeholder engagement plan, communicate activities, and ensure necessary level of engagement is maintained throughout the life cycle of the project.

Experience in high volume network roll outs is preferable, but not mandatory.
