Our client, located in
**BAYSWATER**, is seeking expressions of interest from highly experienced and talented Assembly Line & Process Workers. Ideally you are available immediately or can start ASAP. Applicants must be able to satisfy stringent background checks, with the ability to satisfy multiple defence security clearance requirements.

Applicants
**MUST BE**
**Australian Citizens**, have a clean police record and be able to satisfy pre-employment and random Drug & Alcohol screening without failures.

**Scope of Duties**:

- Masking up metal components to prepare surfaces for treatment and finishing processes
- Shot Penning of metal surfaces as part of metal treatment preparation
- Read and understand technical drawings and follow them with precision
- Be competent in the use of hand and power tools to perform tasks such as Linishing, Beveling, Honing and "Blending Out" of surface imperfections from metal surfaces
- Be comfortable performing these types of tasks consistently and be flexible with working hours and the ability to perform overtime
- Have a strong attention to detail and take great pride in the quality of your work and outputs

Multiple positions on Day & Afternoon shift are available. Day Shift is 6am to 2:45pm Mon-Thur and 6am - 11am Friday and PM Shift is 2pm - 10:15pm Mon-Thur and 11am to 4pm Friday.

All positions are "FULL-TIME" permanent and the pay rates on offer for Day Shift is $28:09 and Afternoon Shift $32:30. You will accrue Annual Leave, Personal Leave, Long Service Leave and be paid for ALL Public Holidays. For those who are keen to continue to develop their skills and training, apprenticeships are on offer - Certificate III in Engineering for becoming a First Class Machinist, or Aviation Coatings, Electro-Plating etc. With trade qualifications, the pay rates do increase quite a lot in recognition of these skills.
