**R&B Grillhouse is looking for passionate Waiter and Waitresses**

Your neighborhood Steakhouse has come to life because it is just too hard to find a really good local steakhouse where the food is fantastic, the servings are generous, the staff are a happy bunch and the price won't take out a second mortgage It's a casual place where friends and family can enjoy themselves over a great meal.

**Job Overview**:
The Food & Beverage Attendant is **responsible for providing excellent customer service that ensures guaranteed guest satisfaction**.

Attend to guests by
- providing descriptive menu recommendations
- receiving guest orders
- delivering food & beverages
- answering questions
- and contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant - always maintaining the company’s reputation and culture.

**To be successful in this role, you must possess**:

- Outgoing, enthusiastic with great customer service & communication skills
- A current RSA Certificate.
- Hands on experience in a similar role at a fast paced restaurant would be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of POS ordering systems and cash handling would be advantageous.
- Work effortlessly in a team environment.
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
