A new role in line with Rest’s drive forward and growth. The Technology Procurement Manager is responsible for extracting the maximum value from each of our technology service provider contracts on behalf of our members. You will work with our Technology Supplier Manager and the rest of the Procurement Team to deliver continuous improvement across the supplier governance processes for our technology service providers at Rest to support our strategic goals and initiatives.**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Drive commercial and value-adds during negotiations of contracts with technology service providers
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with technology service providers
- Ensure that the management of our technology service providers aligns with the Supplier Governance Framework and the Supplier Code of Conduct
- Drive ongoing process improvement to deliver increasing efficiency in technology service provider related processes
- Analyse and report on cost savings resulting from strategic technology service provider initiatives

**About You**:
Your operating style is naturally collaborative and persuasive with the ability to bring all stakeholders ‘on the journey’, supported by your expertise and interest in technology procurement.- Business Degree or other related professional qualification
- Knowledge of contract management processes and contract law
- Specific knowledge of the technology service provider landscape and ecosystem including the leading-edge technology start-up market
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, be successful in a facilitative role and create a positive and professional business relationship with internal stakeholders and external third-party service providers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organisational skills
- Financial Services experience would be beneficial
