Warehouse Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced warehouse coordinator who will be inspired by CES' desire for leadership and advancing logical processes. Our ideal applicant would be able to encourage a team while leading from the front. In addition, we are seeking a technically gifted organiser and planner who can adapt to changing circumstances and take the initiative to think creatively.
A successful warehouse coordinator can connect people and processes to create a welcoming and exciting experience for our employees whenever they enter the business.
**This is a**:
- Permanent Full-time role
- 38 hours per week; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Early finish on a Friday
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring that all OHS and safety guidelines are met
- Guiding and coaching team members to ensure everyday excellence
- Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently by organising, directing, and training employees.
- Aid in inventory management and logístical operation.
- Lead, drive, develop and motivate the CES team to maximise KPIs
- Manage priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment
- Administration duties
- Help support the team by planning and involving yourself in the process and leading by example
- Liaising with administration and planning officers to achieve maximum efficiency.
**What you will bring**:
- Previous management experience
- Computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to achieve KPIs
- Be a hands-on leader with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor a team to achieve success
- A Forklift Licence (preferable but not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
