**The Role**
As a Spotlight Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Extensive leadership experience within big box/large format volume retailer
- Strong business acumen & P&L exposure
- Ability to empower & mentor team into future leaders
- Performance management experience
- High volume stock management skills
- Retail Store Management experience
- Essential
- High Volume stock management, working with 8+ palettes per day
- Strong ability to lead with vision and growth
- A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals
- Experience in building talent & performance plans
- A resilient problem solver who is driven to success by innovation and time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
