Fresh+ currently operate a large number of hospital cafés across NSW, QLD, and SA, providing food, beverages, and convenience retail to hospital staff and the general public.

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and who are committed to helping our business grow and succeed.

**About the Position**:
As a cafe all rounder, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner whilst handling all transactions with our POS system. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with Fresh+ hygiene standards, whilst assisting in the preparation of basic food and beverages.

You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks:

- Serve all customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Handle all payments according to procedure and guidelines.
- Keep all work areas (interior and exterior) clean and tidy at all times, and maintain clean equipment in accordance with Fresh+ procedures.
- Basic food preparation and coffee making
- Must have flexibility to work on a 7 day rotating roster (early mornings OR evening shifts & 1 weekend day)
- Experience working in a café or hospitality environment
- Barista experience is a must
- Passion for serving customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Knowledge of busy food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work great in a team environment
