☕ **Café All-Rounder / Barista - Yachties Café (Wollongong Harbour)**

**Hours**:

- 5 days per week
- 6:30 AM start - 3:30 PM finish (4 days)
- Shorter Sunday shift
- Must be available these days consistently

**About Us**:
Yachties Café is a long-standing local favourite on Wollongong Harbour — known for great coffee, fresh doughnuts, and friendly service. We’re looking for a reliable, positive team player who can handle a fast-paced café environment and deliver an outstanding experience to every customer.

**The Role**:
You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, serving customers, and keeping the café running smoothly throughout service. We’re after someone who brings both professionalism and personality to the role.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **1 year café or barista experience**:

- Strong **coffee-making skills** (latte art a bonus)
- **Excellent customer service** and communication skills
- **Able to work independently** and follow direction confidently
- **Well-presented**, punctual, and reliable
- Positive attitude and great energy — we want people who make the place better just by being there
- Experience in a **busy, high-volume café** environment preferred
- Must have **full availability** for the listed shifts
