**Salary**: $74,000 to 78,000 plus 11.5% superannuation

Our client, Momozz Harris Park Pty Ltd, a popular Indian restaurant known for its diverse menu featuring a wide range of momos, Indo-Chinese dishes, biryanis, and desserts, is seeking a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high guest satisfaction, managing employee needs, and driving profitability. Your ability to balance operational efficiency with exceptional service will be key to success in this dynamic and fast-paced environment. The restaurant is a highly regarded venue for both its food and welcoming hospitality in a vibrant atmosphere with a typical Indian sense of family.

The employer is looking for an experienced and motivated person who is qualified as a Restaurant Manager and is capable of serving a high volume of customers. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial brand with strong potential to grow within the business.

You will be responsible for all daily operations of the restaurant inclusive of financial reporting, compliance, staff training, maintaining and creating exceptional customer relationships, and being a true professional and face of the business. You will be reporting directly to the owner. You will need proven experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role.

In this role, your main responsibilities include:

- Planning menus in consultation with kitchen staff
- Maintaining effective management procedures to continue appropriate high levels of customer service
- Following management procedures to effectively maintain cost budget percentage
- Planning and organising special functions/catering
- Maximising profitability whilst maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service
- Optimising the potential and performance of the team to consistently deliver the expected results and ensure an exceptional dining experience is delivered
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and of suitable appearance
- Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
- Working alongside an established kitchen and operations team to develop food and beverage menus and creative concepts and strategies
- Must comply with all WHS, Food Safety and HACCP requirements
**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- A minimum of two years' experience in restaurant management
- Have relevant qualification
- A passion for the restaurant business
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lead and train your team
