**Job Description Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner whose primary focus is to act as business partner for the MMS business. The role will provide key financial insights and strategy to stakeholder through analytics and modelling. This role will lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, collaborating with business, supply chain and support functions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Partnering**
- Partner closely with Business Director and the commercial team to drive strong financial performance.
- Support the formulation and execution of the strategic plan and initiatives.
- Responsible for decision support through financial modelling and analytics
- Utilise BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.

**Forecasting, Planning and Analysis**
- Lead projections, Annual Strategic Review and Budget planning process
- Prepare and submit required supporting data and schedules to Regional Finance on a timely manner.
- Provide information to businesses regarding performance versus budgets, forecasts.
- Provide quality monthly management reporting pack.

**Process Improvement**
- Refine and further develop reporting and forecasting tools to enhance accuracy and eliminate manual input

**Knowledge and Experience Required**:

- Tertiary degree in a Finance related field;
- CPA qualification (or working towards);
- 5 years overall finance work experience with at least 2 year in a similar role in a medium sized multinational organisation;
- Experience working with SAP, Hyperion, BPC, Power BI
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Proven strong analytical skills
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills across a broad spectrum of business partners;
- Accounting technical skills - with some previous exposure to US GAAP;
- Experience working in the healthcare industry.
