**About the Operations Graduate Program**.**

Based in Ballarat, Victoria or Smithton, Tasmania, our Operations Graduate Program is a specialised 2-year rotational experience. You will gain valuable broad, multi-functional exposure across operations which could include rotations within Technical Operations and Manufacturing, all whilst completing a structured leadership development program throughout the two years.

**About you**.**

**Qualifications**:

- Has or is studying a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science or related discipline
- Will graduate in February 2025, or has recently graduated in the last 12 months
- Has full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Has excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Has full unrestricted working rights in Australia/New Zealand
