**About the role at SunDrive**

We are looking for our first WHS Manager to focus on creating and implementing a safe workplace environment for the team here at SunDrive. You will ensure we are compliant with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and workplace standards and lead the WHS training for all employees throughout the business. **You will focus on**:

- Ensuring company compliance with the WHSMS Acts and Regulations
- Implementing necessary policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace
- Establishing a system of WHS consultation for all business units
- Identifying safety hazards, imposing safety measures, performing risk assessments, and carrying out incident investigations
- Promoting workplace health and safety and establishing and training employees on a safe working culture
- Identifying potential and immediate risks and working to find a solution
- Conducting workplace inspections and identifying safety hazards
- Organising safety reports and safe work method statements
