With a main focus on its takeaway and delivery service, the company offers a wide variety of Italian dishes including an array of gourmet pizzas, as well as steak, pasta, and seafood mains for customers to indulge in. Sergio’s Pizza also offers an Italian cuisine section, where customers can find parmigianas, schnitzels, kebabs and scallopine dishes.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**

The position of Fast Food Manager requires the incumbent to be responsible for ensuring consistently high food quality, maintain efficient operation in a fast-paced setting, and ensure compliance with food safety and occupational health and safety standards.

The main tasks of the position include, but are not limited to:

- Overseeing daily operations to maintain high food quality and service standards.
- Leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Managing stock, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Handle rostering, training, and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and OH&S regulations.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures to minimize hazards.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure all staff adhere to safety protocols.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales and expenses.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
