Are you passionate about supporting young people aged 12-25 with complex mental health concerns? Do you have a strong background in working with youth and families, along with expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions? If so, we want you to be part of our dedicated team

As a Clinician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health treatment and support to youth across individual, group, and family contexts.

**Your Role, Your Impact**
- Provides assessment, evidence-based interventions, case coordination and treatment to young people who present with complex and chronic mental health issues
- Formulate care plans, assess for and complete appropriate referrals
- Maintain an active caseload
- Attend and participate in team meetings, clinical review meetings, professional development, and program planning as required.

**Qualifications** Who We’re Looking For**
- Undergraduate qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social work, or related discipline.
- Eligibility for membership in qualified field.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, non-judgemental and client focused.
- Effective in engaging clients and stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Problem-Solving. Seeks diverse information and adapts approaches to problem-solving.
- Self-Improvement. Open to feedback and self-care for personal growth, self-aware and reflective.

Demonstrated experience in:

- Providing assessment, case-management and evidence-based psychological interventions to young people in the context of severe mental health issues, and who have experience significant disengagement from social activities, education, and employment.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Working with young people and families for a minimum of 4+ years in the context of severe and complex mental health issues.
