Assistant Baker

**We are offering a full-time position, shifts starting at 12pm, 5 days per week.No Experience Needed, training will be provided.**

**The role entails the following**:

- Bagel mixing, forming/shaping, proving, boiling and baking**:

- Artisan breadmaking, from classic sourdough to sourdough rye, Challah (Jewish brioche), seeded loaves, schiacciata and more**:

- Fresh pretzel shaping and baking**

**We’ll happily teach you the traditional New York bagel techniques.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
