NEW ROLE within the Business ( 32hrs a week 4 days a week, Every 2nd weekend)
The Trio Towing Are looking for a Dispatch Assistant to join the Growing team.

Trio Towing requires a person who has what it takes to grow their career within our business. We are looking for a Dispatch Assistant for our Towing Department.

Trio Towing is the ESP for RACQ. Trio covers Gympie to Hervey Bay, Gladstone and all surrounding areas with over 10 units.

Requirements of the Sales/dispatch assistant Role
- Excellent communication
- A great work ethic
- Sales experience
- Knowing Yard stock in Each Area
- Dispatching Jobs Via a Tablet system
- Administrative experience
- Allocate and scheduling transport bookings
- Liaise with truck drivers
- Liaise with customers & build strong relationships
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Ultra-professional work and life qualities
- Able to Handle a high flow of Phone calls each day
- Able to Liaise with Emergency Services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $24.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Phone Manner: 1 year (preferred)
- Saturday/Sunday Work: 1 year (preferred)
- Working Towards Targets: 1 year (preferred)

- Transport industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Job Allocating: 1 year (preferred)
- Busy work Environment: 1 year (preferred)
