**Participant Engagement and Support**
- Oversee the overall care and support provided to participants.
- Ensure that participants' individual needs, preferences, and goals are understood and met by the team.

**Service Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop and implement individual service plans in alignment with participants' NDIS goals.
- Coordinate and monitor support services, including healthcare, therapy, and community access.
- Ensure services are delivered effectively and in compliance with NDIS plans.

**Liaison and Communication**:

- Collaborate with service providers, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to deliver holistic support.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with participants, families, and stakeholders.

**Incident/Behaviour Register**:

- Establish and maintain an incident and behaviour register to document any incidents, accidents, or behavioural concerns
- participants.
- Ensure that appropriate procedures are followed for reporting and addressing incidents, including incident investigation and follow-up actions.

**Problem Solving and Advocacy**:

- Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to service delivery.
- Advocate for participants' rights and work towards overcoming barriers to service access.

**Staff Supervision and Task Assignment**:

- Supervise and support the team of support workers, providing guidance, training, and mentoring as needed.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members based on their skills, qualifications, and the needs of participants.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure that tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**Reporting and Communication**:

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior staff members or management regarding participant progress, team performance, and any significant developments or issues.
- Communicate effectively with other stakeholders, including clients, families, healthcare professionals, and NDIS coordinators.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
