As the **Ultra Counter Manager**, you play an integral role in setting the standard for your team. You are responsible for providing clients with the highest level of customer service and skin education, conducting high quality facial treatments as well as meeting KPIs and sales targets whilst being up to date with the newest products and changes in the industry.

**Responsibilities include**
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge
- Perform in depth skin consultations and provide client advice on Ultraceuticals products and treatments
- Perform Ultraceuticals facial treatments
- Organise and facilitate instore events
- Manage day to day counter operations
- Drive sales and services targets, delivering excellent customer service in line with the David Jones Service Philosophy
- Be an exceptional Ultraceuticals & David Jones Brand ambassador
- Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions
