**About the Role**

This is a hands-on role that requires an experienced Survey Technician to work on a diverse range of projects. You will be joining our Brisbane survey team with a track record of fostering progression and professional development. As a National Survey Business, you will have the opportunity to experience projects in other geographical locations if interested.

The successful applicant will have high level communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and staff to ensure successful delivery of projects.

**As part of this role, you’ll be required to**:

- Interpret plans and conduct calculations
- Utilise various surveying equipment, including total stations, GNSS systems, and 3D laser scanners to collect field data
- Adhere to Fyfe’s Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures while conducting surveys
- Data processing and analysis to project specification
- Prepare preliminary sketches and models
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to facilitate successful project delivery
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all survey outputs
