- Multiple intakes across February, March and June.**
**Finish date
- 6-12 months with possible extension or permanency**
**Rate of pay
- $43.03 + super**

**About the role**:
We are seeking people who are passionate about improving the lives of others, by way of assisting them to manage their complex healthcare claims and associated queries.
You will need strong stakeholder management coupled with high level administration skills to deal with not only the clients on your caseload, but also with medical professionals and other business groups to ensure a seamless process for the individuals affected.
This role is within Federal Government.

**Duties**
Responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls and providing information to assist Veterans, Doctors and Advocates.
Good interpersonal and organisation skills are required to negotiate with a variety of clients over the phone, chasing up documents and referral letters.
Undertake claims investigations to reach an outcome.
Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external contacts around claim outcomes.
Undertake tasks and projects to enhance the quality and consistency of service to clients and operational efficiency.

**Desirable experience/skills**
Strong computer skills including Microsoft and Outlook programs
Strong administration background
Experience in the case management space (Insurance/Finance, Job Networks, Centrelink, Healthcare...)
Must be able to use multiple systems across different platforms

**Essential Criteria**
Must be an Australian Citizen
You must also be able to pass a national police clearance if successful
High level attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Understanding and empathetic
