As an experienced **Customer Experience Specialist in Automotive Sales**, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, guiding them through every step of the sales journey. Whether in-store or online, you’ll ensure they have a seamless, flexible buying experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Be the expert. Showcase the unique features and benefits of our vehicles with confidence.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build lasting relationships by truly understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Sales & Process Management**: Handle everything from introductions and test drives to trade-ins, paperwork, and post-delivery follow-ups.
- **Tech-Savvy Approach**: Use digital platforms like **Salesforce** to ensure accurate customer data and smooth transactions and sales activity.
- **Collaboration**: You’ll collaborate across teams to offer customers a seamless, flexible buying experience, whether in-store or online.

**You’ll thrive in this role if you**:

- Have a **strong desire to achieve**, with proven sales experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excel in a **fast-paced environment**, love multitasking, and are excited about automotive sales.
- Are passionate about delivering a **top-tier customer experience** every time.
- Are enthusiastic about the automotive industry and excited about the products we sell.
- Have **excellent communication skills** and are confident using MS Office and digital tools.
- Are available to work **Saturdays**, with a weekday off in lieu.
- Hold a valid **driver’s licence**.
